Prince is a charmer! He is lovable and so friendly! He LOVES everyone...humans, dogs and seems not to mind cats! Prince came to the CCAC Facility as a stray. Someone is surely missing this sweet boy. He knows basic commands...sit, down and shake. He has enjoyed being brushed and walked and has become a volunteer favorite already!
The policy for adopting an unsterilized pet requires that you live in Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or a county touching Campbell County. If you are a resident of one of these areas, you may adopt directly from the facility and spay/neuter the pet yourself within 30 days, or by the time the pet is six months of age. If you live outside this area, the pet must be spayed or neutered before you can take it home. Kittens or puppies too young for spay/neuter may be adopted through Friends of Campbell County Animal Control. We will be happy to help you make arrangements to do this.

Our process begins with an application, found on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Once your application has been received, a volunteer will call the references you list and then will contact you.
