Windy is calm and gentle and walks beautifully on a leash. Now that she is officially available for adoption, we are happy to note that she is great with other dogs, but we are also saddened because we learned that she is heartworm positive. Heartworms do not have to prevent a dog from being adopted, however! We are thrilled that we are able to share our resources with her adopter, and take care of her heartworm positive status.You’re looking for a housetrained dog, one that’s great with children, and can’t wait to be your best companion, please consider Windy.
