My Home To Yours

To assist families in our community faced with the difficult decision to rehome their pet(s), Friends of Campbell County is now offering 'My Home to Yours' services. This program seeks to allow owners to bypass the stress and struggles pets undergo when transferred to the shelter through assisting in the direct transfer of pets from one home to another. Regardless of the situation, we believe that every pet deserves a chance to receive the best life they can. That's why we are proud to partner with pet owners to bridge the gap between them and possible adopters.

Are you interested in a pet available for rehoming? If so, please fill out the adoption form listed on our website. Animals looking for a new home are listed alongside current shelter or foster residents on our 'Adoptable Pets' page, so check frequently for updated listings and be sure to fill out an application if one catches your eye! 

Alternatively, do you have a pet that you would like to rehome? At FOAC, we understand that rehoming is often a difficult decision. However, sometimes it is the most responsible option to choose. Regardless of the situation, please rest assured that we are committed to partnering with you to find your pet the perfect home.  However, we need your help to do so; if you have a pet you would like us to advertise, please fill out the questionnaire linked below:
