Agreement to Hold Harmless: “I am aware that Friends of Campbell County Animal Control does not guarantee the health or temperament of any of the animals in the care of Friends of Campbell County Animal Control or any affiliated rescue group, and that I am to follow the instructions given to me by the staff of Friends of Campbell County Animal Control. I fully understand and agree to assume all risks involved in any and all duties in my volunteer capacity that I perform at events, during transport, or during fostering, and I agree to hold Friends of Campbell County Animal Control and any associated volunteer agency harmless for any injury(ies) which I might sustain during the course of my volunteer duties. This waiver does include myself, all of my family members and descendants forever from seeking any legal action against Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Campbell County, Campbell County Animal Control, PetSmart, Petsmart Charities, Petsmart Charities of Canada, or its representatives.”

I, the undersigned, do hereby declare that I have never been convicted of animal neglect, cruelty or abandonment; I fully understand and agree to the above Hold Harmless Agreement; I am signing this document under my own free will without any promise or duress.
