We ask that the pets in your home be current with rabies vaccines, spay/neutered, and seen by a veterinarian for wellness.

One of four sweet, well-socialized puppies who came to our care this week. The puppies are love-bugs who think snuggling is the best thing ever!  Their caregiver did an amazing job of keeping the litter together, and these puppies are well-adjusted and the absolute perfect age for adoption! In foster care, and not at the shelter!  Because there is lots of training involved in teaching a new puppy all about bite inhibition, families with children over the age of five are recommended.

Successful adopters will live locally in Lynchburg City or Campbell County, or a county touching Campbell County. Alternatively, if you live outside our local area, have a vet reference whom we can contact to verify that your pets have all been spayed/neutered and current with heartworm testing and rabies vaccines, we would consider your application as a "foster to adopt" conditional adoption.   We cannot consider first time out-of-area adopters. Please start the adoption process with an application, found here: www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org
