Roscoe has everything now that he lacked in his first home: Another dog for playtime, a foster family who adore him, a couch to curl up on, and a canine brother to share in his antics. He is confident, housetrained, easy to please, and non-demanding. Every dog needs a home where he can be accepted and loved, and yes, fawned-over, and we are so excited that ROSCOE found a temporary home while he awaits forever. His foster mom adores him!
