Handsome boy! BOSS was signed over to the shelter after being abandoned. He is a quiet, gentle boy who appreciates being pampered by the folks at the shelter who come to volunteer there. He is also easy to walk, and appears to be housetrained. He is about 55 pounds, and while he appears to be underweight, there is a concern about his stature and the manner he carries himself, so that we want to get him checked out by a vet fairly soon. If you have some structural injuries, it's okay not to carry too much weight. He is very happy to have a warm blanket and a soft bed, and he will be treated to vaccines, dewormer, and flea preventive as well. He arrived at the shelter in the company of a cocker spaniel who also appears to be gentle and lovely, and they clearly enjoy one another's company. Would you like to help out Boss? Our process begins with an application, found on our website: www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org . Once your application has been received, a volunteer will call the references you list and then will contact you.
