"Presence"--no other word describes the initial glimpse of this gorgeous Great Pyrenees boy! Pyrs are livestock guardians, and if you are not familiar with their background and needs, here is some pertinent information: Pyrs are generally on the XL size, often reaching 100 pounds or more.  While BOWSER is smaller than many, he retains breed characteristic of being independent and instinctively protective. One site noted, "... goal in life is to protect sheep, goats, livestock, people, children, grass, flowers, the moon, the lawn furniture, bird feeders, and any real or imaginary predators that may intrude on your personal space." Yes, he is a pretty, white, fluffy dog! However, there is much more to him than appearance!
