Boxer (short coat) : : Female : : Senior : : Large
Cheyenne is becoming despondent. She has about given up on ever finding a new forever home, (because she has been at the pound for over a month now, waiting, waiting, waiting.) She is desperately wanting to get into a visitor's van or car, ride to that familiy's home, and be there for her remaining days.Cheyenne is ten years old, spayed, and is housetrained. She seems to be fine with older children but we have not had the opportunity to test her with babies. She is also fine with other nice dogs who have great social skills--just check out her playtime video when she interacted with little sweet Riley at the pound! Cheyenne is still very active, which belies the fact that she is truly a senior dog. To adopt Cheyenne, please call the Campbell facility at 434.821-4416.
Our process begins with an application, found on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Once your application has been received, a volunteer will call the references you list and then will contact you.
