Friends of Campbell County Animal Control

Located in Campbell County, Virginia. Please begin with an application, found here: www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. We place calls to your vet, your landlord, and your personal reference. We ask that the pets in your home be current with rabies vaccines, spay/neutered, and seen by a veterinarian for wellness.

Sarah's availability date is October 10. She and Megann, whom we feel is her sister, were found by a family in the county, bathed, and then delivered to the county facility. We would love to find these gals homes, because they seem so well adjusted, although shell-shocked. They are both about 35 pounds, perhaps a year old, and really loved being scratched on their necks and ears, and going for leash walks with our volunteers. They are sweet, sweet, sweet! If you live out of the area, in a county not including or touching Campbell County, you will need to either arrange sterilization at our local spay/neuter clinic before picking up your new pet, or have your pet transferred to a local rescue for adoption.

Our process begins with an application, found on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Once your application has been received, a volunteer will call the references you list and then will contact you.
