Mandy was brought to the facility as a stray. She weighs about nine pounds and is probably 1 to 2 years old. She has been recently groomed, it appears, or at least had a haircut, but she also appears to be suffering from fleas, as she is biting herself raw on her backside. Once her availability date is here, we can apply Frontline and ease her discomfort. In the meantime, a bath will really help her feel better!
