We ask that the pets in your home be current with rabies vaccines, spay/neutered, and seen by a veterinarian for wellness.

Precious Princess Portia was adopted but returned to the facility because she was too active for the family who took her home with them. She is about 7 months old and weighs about 16 pounds. Yes, her activity level is high, but not unexpectedly so for a young dog of this breed. She would love a fenced in yard, or an active young family who likes running and would be willing to take her along with them. To adopt Portia, you may either go directly to the facility, email us for an application, or call the facility to check on her first. 434.821-4416. Portia is spayed, current with a rabies vaccine, and just needs a home.
