URGENT because he was given up by his family to the county facility. He has been on a short chain, kept outside, though the family says he is crate trained and housetrained. 22 pound Scooter is already neutered, has been around kids, and is current with a rabies vaccine. We highly recommend he be heartworm tested the minute he is taken home! The family tells us he is good with kids, and he did share the household with a small dog. I believe the family gave him up because he barks. : (
