We ask that the pets in your home be current with rabies vaccines, spay/neutered, and seen by a veterinarian for wellness.

What a fabulous gal! I can't say enough wonderful things about Lona! She has been at our facility for over a week now, and is nothing but sweet. She looks forward to visits from volunteers or prospective adopters every single day. She is not a huge dog, but has a huge personality! She had been abandoned when her original owners moved away and left her chained up in the back yard. We were told that she probably knew Spanish because of their ethnicity, so tried to keep her name similar to "Lobo" (Spanish for "wolf") when we renamed her with a more feminine name. Lona is submissive around cats and has no prey drive. She is a great playmate to other dogs, too. Please, please take her home! Make her new year an awesome one to remember!
