Sams's foster mom cannot say enough good things about him. Her other dogs like him, which is a real plus, as they are a bit picky about who comes to live in their home. He is non-intrusive, meaning he doesn't want to be in the way or upset the routine of the household. He loves kids, adults, and is fine with cats, too. We can't pinpoint Sam's heritage, but he is about 35 pounds, the size of a large cocker spaniel, but not the breed mix of one. Everyone thinks he is a Newfoundland mix because of his coat, body shape, and tail. So could you settle for a "Mini-Newfie?" Sam is between 4 and 6 years old, best guess.
