Wow, do I ever love this gorgeous stocky girl, who is loaded with personality! She is on the chunky side, but I don't think it is fat--I think she is just a gal with muscle from running and playing. She is very gentle and very knowledgeable about how to behave around people. She doesn't jump on visitors, and the poor thing sits and barks in her kennel run when she needs to go out, till someone takes her. She is fastidiously good about keeping her kennel run clean, too. She appears to be fine with other dogs, and not upset about the barking going on around her. I can see now that I will not ever lack for having a favorite at our county pound! Please consider Effie--three years old, spayed, housetrained, and ready for her home.
