Shepherd / Mixed (medium coat) : : Male : : Baby : : Medium
Hi, my name is Ruger and I'm 14 weeks old now. Despite my new collar that proclaims I'm "Bad To The Bone", my human family all say that I'm "adorable" and very smart. I have to agree. I live with my foster humans on a farm and get to play with the "big dogs" and help with all the chores. They have these enormous creatures they call horses and sometimes I sniff noses with them if they bend down far enough. I love to ride in the trucks and Jeep and ATV and tractor.
I spend alot of time inside with the humans too and am learning where its OK to potty and where its not OK. I have a bed and a ton of toys and my favoritist fun is to collect all my toys, plus shoes and socks and pants and slippers and bring them all to me bed. Sometimes I get a bath and I REALLY enjoy that! Everyone thinks I am a "Shepherd Mix," but if truly am already 14 weeks old, I am going to be a mini-shepherd, as I weigh only seven pounds right now! Right now I'm "growing like a weed" according to my humans. My ears are just out of control now and can't decide where they want to be. The male human says I look like The Flying Nun, and he thinks my ears will both stand up before too long. I've had the first two of my series of puppy shots and am ready to go on to my forever home if somebody wants to adopt me. I bet my foster humans will sure miss me! Oh, yeah, they want you to write to them for an application: info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org
