Clyde is an extra-large chocolate Lab/ Rottie mix. He is very friendly and gets along with other dogs. He was owner surrendered because he really likes the taste of chicken! He likes to kill them himself first though...His owner was not positive that Clyde was the guilty party of the four of his dogs who decided to do their own foraging, but because the neighbors also complained about the dogs starting to "pack up" and get into trash cans, the family chose to give up all their dogs. Clyde is neutered, and a lovely gentle giant. He loved getting outside to pee in the sunlight, as he has been confined to his kennel run most of the two weeks he has been incarcerated. The Appomattox facility is opened to the public every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 12:00 noon.

Our process begins with an application, found on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Once your application has been received, a volunteer will call the references you list and then will contact you.
