Hector was brought in as an owner surrender. His owner said that he will bite and not to grab his neck. Volunteers walked Hector today, carried him around, rubbed and touched his neck and he enjoyed every minute of it! Hector is looking for a family that will love and accept him! He weighs about 15 lbs and is approx 3 yrs old. For information on adopting this animal who is in care at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility, please call there: 434.821-4416. Hours are from 12 to 5 on weekdays and 11 to 4 on Saturday.
