Dixie, sometimes called Desi, is a fabulous dog who just hasn't found her home. Desi is inquisitive and wants to sample everything--in other words, she is a chewer and needs some guidelines about what is appropriate to taste. To date, she has been an outdoor dog, but we would love for her to learn all about crate training to keep her chewing in check, so she can be someone's loving indoor companion/buddy. She lives with six children of various ages now, so is used to lots of activity and noise. Her adoption will be no-charge to just the right home! This 9 month old weighs about 45 pounds. This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility.
