Winnie has wormed her way into the heart and home of one of our exceptional foster families, where she spends her lazy days sleeping in the recliner on her back. You'd never know she is there, because she is so laid back and easy going. This is the kind of dog for people who have never had pets, as you don't realize she is a dog. She acts like a kid who is home from college and just wants to melt into the background and be your best friend and companion. Do you love curling up on the sofa with a good movie playing? Curl up with Winnie! Or do you get worked up because your favorite Sunday afternoon football game isn't going the way you expected? No problem ... just tell Winnie all about it! is a lovely girl who came to us as a stray. She has been in a foster home for nearly three weeks where she has been treated like royalty, and she is so much happier now! She now can sleep on the sofa or in the recliner--on her back!!!--all day long. We think she is pretty cute! She appears to be a year to two years old, and weighs about 20 pounds. Those short legs have a chunky body to support! This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility.
