Shiloh is precious! This litte 1 to 2 year old was innocently running down the road on his way home when a well-meaning citizen "rescued" him. In our county, unless you live in a confinement area, dogs are allowed to run free and should not be picked up unless they are in danger. I feel sad for his family and for him, because he was obviously well-cared for and socialized. On the downside, however, he is not neutered, and had he been neutered, he most likely would not have been out running with a female beagle in heat--Bridgette. No one has come to the pound looking for Shiloh, so he will be available to adopt. You need this dog!
