MISSY is a two year old chihuahua who is pregnant with her THIRD litter! That is horrible! We had hoped for her to find a new home with our friends in New Jersey who adore delivering baby puppies, but the doctor said "no traveling!" since MISSY is so close to delivery. We aren't quite sure what to do! Really hoping a family will step up and adopt her. UPDATE: new mom, new name! Now she is "Rosie," and she has four wiggly little chihuahua-looking pups! We are hoping they will all survive but her past history is on the less-optimistic side. For now, we are glad she is healthy and her pups were born without a hitch! She will be headed to Harmony Rescue later today for post-partum care and loving! This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility.
