About Alistair

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • General Color: Black
ALISTAIR is a one year old stray who joined the troops at CCAC facility. He is a personable and healthy boy under one year, with long legs and a gorgeous coat. He loves to get out of his kennel run to stretch his legs. He interacts very appropriately with other dogs, and has good social skills! UPDATE: ALISTAIR is overlooked at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility, but he is one of the sweetest, smartest, and longest-legged boys we have seen! He has a long German Shepherd tail and the coat of a shepherd, but has ears and bark of a hound dog. What a wonderfully loyal combination of breeds! We all adore him and the fact that he is only 9 to 10 months old. He loves the fenced area for playtime and would love to be in a home with an athletic running type of family. He is a dog who doesn't necessarily "show" well at the facility because of his size and his breed, but once he is out and about, he is best friends. Please come visit ALISTAIR before it is too late! This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility. For an application to adopt, go to www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org.
