Border Collie / Beagle / Mixed : : Male : : Adult : : Medium Learn more about the Border Collie. Learn more about the Beagle.
This handsome boy, ELI, was abandoned by his owner at the home of a friend, who doesn't care to keep him. ELI is great with other dogs and would love a home of his own again! He is an active 2 year old and 40 pounds of love! HE loves playing with other dogs at the shelter. We're thinking border collie/beagle mix!
UPDATE 11/26/13: Eli has become URGENT. Please consider meeting this dog to see if he would be a good fit for your family. Come to the shelter to meet this entertaining ball of energy.
Dogs and puppies who are not spayed/neutered may be adopted directly to residents of Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or counties touching Campbell County. If you live outside this area, arrangements will need to be made through FOAC to spay/neuter the pet prior to placement in a new home. Puppies may be too young for the required spay/neuter; special arrangements may sometimes be made for adoptions outside the area in these cases.
