About Spot

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • General Color: White
  • Housetrained: Yes
SPOT came to us via the Altavista Animal Hospital and a good Samaritan who found this charming little one to two year old Jack Russell Terrier running around the woods! He was wearing an invisible fence collar and no identification. Wouldn't you think he would be missed? Guess not! He is a FOAC foster dog now, and he is adorable! Great with the other dogs in his foster home and wanting a forever home to be part of his Christmas celebration. He is neutered, updated with vaccines, and ready to roll! Hard to tell if he is house trained yet, as there are too many dogs here right now and he is excited. He weighs approx. 23 pounds, and eats and sleeps well in a crate. He loves, loves kids too! UPDATE from foster mom 12/29/13: Sharing his crate while the door is open, Spot seems to like the new bed that Emma and I made for him today! Guess this picture tells us that he is "crate trained" and "good with other dogs". Spot is approx. 1-2 years old, 23 lbs, Jack Russell Terrier/ Mix neutered, up to date on routine vaccines, house trained, good with children and loves being a lap dog. This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility. We always begin with an application to adopt, and this will be forwarded to the foster family for review. You can find this on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org.
