Electric is one handsome boxer. He came in as a stray and is about one year to two years old. (Intrigued by the name?? We have our reasons! ELECTRIC's homemade collar was ridiculous, as there was no room for adjustment. It was an ingrown collar waiting to happen. Nylon rope tied around his neck, with black electrical tape securing it so it could never be removed, and a hook attached to it, no doubt so he could be tied. Here's hoping he is NOT reclaimed!). He needs a loving home to adopt him and give him the attention he needs. Electric prefers the company of the lady dogs and is not as appreciative of the male dogs so he would do better as the only dog or with only other females in the home. He loves babies and young children. Please come meet Electric at our shelter today! Dogs and puppies who are not spayed/neutered may be adopted directly to residents of Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or counties touching Campbell County. If you live outside this area, arrangements will need to be made through FOAC to spay/neuter the pet prior to placement in a new home. Puppies may be too young for the required spay/neuter; special arrangements may sometimes be made for adoptions outside the area in these cases.
