12/20/13 Transferred to rescue in NJ. Rumor came in with his 8 week old siblings. He is available for adoption immediately so please consider giving him a home for the holidays! This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility. We always begin with an application to adopt, and this will be forwarded to the foster family for review.
