Pit Bull Terrier (short coat) : : Male : : Adult : : Large
Luke is a big baby! At two years old, he is about 65 to 70 pounds of loving. His short coat is as soft as can be and he is so friendly and affectionate! Luke loves puppies, adult dogs, and every human he has ever met! His specialty, however, is seeking out kids who need attention and giving them just what they need.
Cats are even okay with him--he gently licks and grooms the ones who are brought to him by his foster daddy. He loves to play fetch and would be a wonderful addition to an active family with children. His handsome brindle and white coloring is very attractive and eye-catching!
LUKE was heartworm positive when he came to us as a stray. He has been through the grueling treatment and must now remain on HW preventative for the rest of his life. He celebrated his release from heartworm treatment by playing a rousing game of chase the ball, once he arrived back at his foster home. Want to adopt this big ol' goober boy?
