Pit Bull Terrier (short coat) : : Male : : Adult : : Large
Stray to the CCAC facility, SILVER BULLET is about two years old and weighs 55 pounds. He came in without a collar but must have come from a home because he is a sweetie! The SILVER BULLET shares a kennel run with sweet little TOBY, who is half his size and needed BULLET to help him feel secure. BULLET seems fine with every human he's met, as well as other dogs. He is a male, and is only a couple years old. If not reclaimed, he will be available for adoption soon.
Dogs and puppies who are not spayed/neutered may be adopted directly to residents of Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or counties touching Campbell County. If you live outside this area, arrangements will need to be made through FOAC to spay/neuter the pet prior to placement in a new home. Puppies may be too young for the required spay/neuter; special arrangements may sometimes be made for adoptions outside the area in these cases.
For information on adopting this animal who is in care at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility, please call there: 434.821-4416. Hours are from 12 to 5 on weekdays and 11 to 4 on Saturday. Email us at info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org.
