About Rosie-URGENT!

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • General Color: Brown/Chocolate
  • Housetrained: Yes
We have proof now that if you have no cats and you have kids, the perfect dog awaits you! ROSIE has been tested with treats and other good stuff, and she is fabulous! No arms were lost in the taping of this video clip, and a wonderful assessment was done! ROSIE is in danger--she is a long timer, six to seven years old, and not good with cats. She is housetrained, spayed, and playful with other dogs! ROSIE needs a home where there will be consistency and love--lots and lots of love. Rosie seems very adaptable, if given a chance. Can you give her that opportunity? UPDATE from Foster Mom 3/10/14: This is beautiful Rosie. She has had 6 homes (yes, six!) and it's sad how many people have failed her. She has been tossed around by people who don't know any better or were apparently unable to care for her (due to no fault of Rosie). She is an absolute gem of a dog. Good with other dogs, great with people (no cats!) and is so easy-going. Does not like to be crated at the moment, but also doesn't need to be crated. Seven-years-old and maybe one of the best dogs ever. She needs a foster or forever home by this Friday, March 15th. Please don't let her go back to the shelter. If you are interested in fostering or adopting Rosie, please contact www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Thanks! This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility. We always begin with an application to adopt, and this will be forwarded to the foster family for review. You can find this on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Specific questions are most easily answered by email, info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org, or by TEXTING or leaving a voicemail for one of our volunteers at 434-485-6242.
