We ask that the pets in your home be current with rabies vaccines, spay/neutered, and seen by a veterinarian for wellness.

5/3/14 Transferred to Peaceful Paws Giant Breed Rescue in NOVA/MD. PLUTO was given up by a family whose sad story made us all want to go the extra mile for Pluto. Two years old, he is a 150-pound Great Dane/mastiff mix. Because of past events, he is terrified of men in general, although one of our male volunteers was able to befriend him. He is good with kids and fine with females. Luckily, he was taken into a foster home almost immediately and he will receive the tlc he so deserves. He is ready for adoption now so feel free to fill out an application soon. This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility. We always begin with an application to adopt, and this will be forwarded to the foster family for review. You can find this on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org.
