JoJo was given up by his owner. He is really not happy at the shelter. He finally snuggled with one of our ACOs the other day so we know he is a very affectionate guy when he is not scared. He is neutered and has the most adorable round face and snub nose. He looks like a cat version of a pug. Please come and meet JoJo today! This cat is at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility.
