Chowder, is a handsome shepherd/chow mix. He is 4 years old, already neutered, and housetrained. He weighs about 60 pounds and is as sweet as can be. He is good with kids, and other dogs. This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility. We always begin with an application to adopt, and this will be forwarded to the foster family for review.
