About Annabella

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • General Color: Brown/Chocolate
7/28/14 Transferred to LHS. ANNABELLA is a collie/lab mix, about 2 years old, weighs 35 pounds and brought in as a stray. She is so happy to be here! She must think we're the Ritz Hotel, as she gets food on demand, a chewie on her Kuranda bed, and a walk to go potty! She walks great on a leash and is so very friendly to all she meets. She is the best dog and a volunteer favorite already. Please come to the shelter to meet her. The policy for adopting an unsterilized pet requires that you live in Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or a county touching Campbell County. If you are a resident of one of these areas, you may adopt directly from the facility and spay/neuter the pet yourself within 30 days, or by the time the pet is six months of age. If you live outside this area, the pet must be spayed or neutered before you can take it home. Kittens or puppies too young for spay/neuter may be adopted through Friends of Campbell County Animal Control. We will be happy to help you make arrangements to do this. For information on adopting this animal who is in care at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility, please call there: 434.821-4416. Hours are from 12 to 5 on weekdays and 11 to 4 on Saturday. Email us at info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org. A COMPLETED APPLICATION IS REQUIRED TO ADOPT.
