From ROSCOE'S foster mom:
Roscoe is an energetic, sweet boy who loves to play. He loves to give and receive affection. Roscoe gets along well with his foster brother and sister, as well as the neighborhood dogs. Roscoe is learning manners and he is almost 100% housetrained. He's a very happy boy, who would make a wonderful pet. He loves to be outside, even sometimes when it's cold out, so he's a tough guy. Roscoe likes to snuggle in the bed at times, then often prefers his own space on the floor. His fur is soft and he doesn't seem to shed very much. Roscoe is approximately 3-4 yrs old and will be scheduled for a neuter before adoption. He is current with all vaccines. FOAC has offered to sponsor his neuter if you adopt!
This dog is in a foster home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility. We always begin with an application to adopt, and this will be forwarded to the foster family for review. You can find this on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org.

Our process begins with an application, found on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Once your application has been received, a volunteer will call the references you list and then will contact you.
