We ask that the pets in your home be current with rabies vaccines, spay/neutered, and seen by a veterinarian for wellness.

From a nine-week old puppy rescued from a hoarding situation to a seven month old king of the castle, little Chase has made his way from bad to absolutely wonderful! Cuddled and babied by humans all day long was on his agenda when he was taken in by a foster family with three children over the age of eight, and dogs of all sizes and shapes. At five pounds, this Chihuahua/Pomeranian has the small dog attitude of a big dog, and he’s not afraid to let people know it. His wishes for a new home include 1) dog-savvy teens or adults who will respect his needs but also not let him rule the roost. He does stress out at times, and just needs a few minutes of time alone (like any moody young teen!) to get himself under control and 2) no other dogs—or maybe one nice dog who is willing to be his partner in crime as he plays and romps with toys. He can be feisty but he also loves cuddles! CHASE is neutered, crate trained, housetrained, and definitely loved! But his foster mom knows there is a perfect home for him waiting out there, and hopes you can be the one to serve him.
