Husky / Mixed : : Female : : Senior : : Large
We are posting this in the hopes that someone can help this local family. It's a long shot, but we are going to try. If you have a soft spot for senior dogs, no other pets, and can help someone find comfort in know that his beloved companion is safe in a home so he can continue his struggle for life, then please contact us.
NOVA is a spayed twelve year old husky mix who doesn't do well with other dogs or pets. She is currently living with her daddy, a gentleman who unfortunately has health problems. It would make him very happy knowing that NOVA was safe in a home. A fenced yard would be perfect for her and a home with no kids preferred. Thanks for considering helping both Nova and her humans.
This dog is still in her home and not at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility. We always begin with an application to adopt. Go to www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org.
Specific questions are most easily answered by email, info@friendsofcampbellcounty.org, or by leaving a voicemail for one of our volunteers at 434-485-6242.
To see more animals available for adoption, please check out our Current Dandy Dogs and Cats Available For Adoption at this link:

Our process begins with an application, found on our website, www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Once your application has been received, a volunteer will call the references you list and then will contact you.
