Great Pyrenees (long coat) : : Male : : Adult : : Large Learn more about the Great Pyrenees.
Three-year-old Pollux is seeking a new home, and we have offered to assist his family by forwarding applications to them. He is a neutered Great Pyrenees, and is an outdoor dog. He is comfortable with chickens, cats, children, has been introduced to goats, but has not been around other dogs. His family was honest in their note that he does not appear to be house trained. (Our experience is that Dogs that are mostly outside pick up house training very easily.) if you are interested in finding out more about him, please start with an application from our website and we will forward it to his family for their consideration. "My Home to Yours"
We have had numerous requests from citizens in our county to help them rehome their pets, but they are willing to keep them in the home until it happens, rather than bring them to the overflowing shelter at Campbell County Animal Control near Yellow Branch. We are listing those cats and dogs on our website as "My Home to Yours." We ask that interested adopters fill out the FOAC application, and we will pass it along to the family wanting to rehome. We cannot guarantee health, temperament, or behavior for these pets, as we have not met them. However, we are happy to act as a resource for issues that may arise. **For pets not spayed or neutered, we are happy to help set that up!
