Found as a stray, Norman has decided it is fine to be friendly with the volunteers that he has met, and he is coming out of his shy shell. Norman is a handsome boy, with a wiry coat, and one who looks very similar to other dogs we have taken in over the past several months. We are pretty sure he probably has family members all over Campbell County since we have many who have the same appearance. Norman has a pretty coat to go along with his charming smile! He does appear to be housetrained, and tries to keep his kennel run very clean.
