Black Labrador Retriever / Mixed (short coat) : : Female : : Adult : : Large
Garnet was signed over at the age of two years. she does a nice sit for treats. She has a loud obnoxious bark. She could easily be 95% labrador retriever. She barks at other dogs, but more out of frustration because she is stuck in a kennel run. If you bring a dog to the shelter, thinking he is going to have “room to run,“ you are sadly mistaken. Dogs at the shelter get out for 10 or 15 minutes a day. How frustrating to them to be sitting there for months waiting for the right home to come along instead of their owners giving them what they need. Please consider your pet’s needs before accepting ownership responsibilities.
