GREEN EYES NIGHTINGALE was one of the eleven shelter cats and kittens who visited the Lynchburg Humane Society’s Spay Neuter Clinic on bc Thursday for sterilization surgery. We are so fortunate to have this lower cost clinic availability open to all citizens in the Lynchburg area, but did you know they also serve other areas who take advantage of their transport system to help outlying counties?

Green eyes had come to us with two large botfly areas of infection on her neck. Those have cleared up wonderfully, and while she was at the clinic for spay surgery, her nasty-looking umbilical hernia was repaired as well, and the scabs removed from her neck. she feels mighty fine today! We appreciate so much all that the vet and the staff at the clinic do to help our pets in Campbell County. Please take advantage of their nearby proximity while it lasts!
