Meet Cookie!

This beautiful 75-pound Great Dane mix is ready to find her perfect match. Cookie is house-trained, crate-trained, leash-trained (with a little pre-walk play), and full of personality. She absolutely lives for fetch, plastic water bottles, and crinkle toys, and loves playing with her shelter buddy, Semi. Cookie’s ideal day includes some time to romp and play, followed by a calm walk and plenty of affection.

Cookie has shown she walks beautifully on a leash once she’s had a chance to burn off that initial excitement. A fenced yard where she can safely stretch her legs and explore would be ideal. She does well with other dogs after proper introductions but has not been tested with cats. Because of her size and energy level, we’re recommending a home without small children, or one with older, respectful kids who can understand her boundaries.

Cookie is current on vaccinations and ready to meet her forever family. She will thrive in a home that gives her structure, fun, and a lot of love.
