TOMMY! This boy was brought to the by animal control a couple weeks ago. We weren’t sure we would ever be able to touch him, as he was so timid and flighty. What a blessing that devoted volunteers decided to take the bull by the horns and push him to see what he would do with attention. Glory Be! He loves it! He was somebody’s awesome dog at some point as he knows all about treats and attention. Breed mix? It is a mystery, and it would be fun to do a DNA test just to see what the possibilities might be. He has a fluffy tail of a Pyrenees, markings on his head of Australian Shepherd, body shape of a lab, big blocky head of a pitbull, personality of a noodle! That’s right— he will noodle himself right onto your lap and wants to be a lap dog! we really push the limits today and took him for a neuter. He is going to be a fabulous fun boy. He likes other dogs, and has picked up the idea of house training very easily. He weighs about 60 or 65 pounds. Will know more when he returns from his neuter today! We think he is probably two or three years old.
