When we are willing to give cats time, we can see them relax and come into their own. This is Sweet Pea, and she has been in a foster home for two weeks recovering from her spay. She has also learned to understand all the household noises she hears, the washer, people walking around upstairs, dogs barking, dishwasher running, toilet flushing, and has figured out that it is not so bad to be in a home. She is six months old, current with vaccines, microchipped. She’s also FELVFIV tested. We are not sure of what her experience has been with other cats so it’s interesting watching her when the other foster cat in the home approaches her. To adopt any of our cats, please start with an application from our website at friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Apply to adopt here: www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org.
