Submissive to the point he wants to melt into the floor when he is given attention! This is Michael. We were told he was 10 months old but his teeth indicate he is probably only about six months. He was discovered chained in the backyard to a tree, no shelter, no food, no water, and we are thrilled he found his way to the shelter! Michael appears to like other dogs, and we think we have found a friend for him to play with at the shelter! We will try to give them a chance to become acquainted very soon. Michael weighs about 35 pounds, and is wonderful with young children. He has an idea about house training, but if you’re chained to a tree outside, you don’t really get much chance to try it. He’s working on his house training skills now that he is inside at the shelter. He loves attention, and we think he would be a wonderful lapdog.
