We share this information, based on what the human who signed over the cat told us at the time of intake, as well as our own observations after cleaning the cat cages, and handling the various cats, including Rosaline: ROSALINA lived with a Shih Tzu, and does not seem to be worried when she sees dogs, but she appears to think cats are not her thing. She came from a household where she was the only cat, and was signed over to the shelter because, according to her human, the human is only allowed to have one pet in her new apartment, and she chose the dog to go with her. Rosalina has not opened herself to accepting affection from us— A Volunteer attempted to hold her, but she was anxious to be back in her safe place in her cage. We will see if that changes over the next few days.
