Abigail needed a friend and was pulled from the shelter for a foster home this week. She is going to love having the opportunity to follow her beagle nose wherever the fenced yard allows her to go, and to enjoy snoozing in sun, shade, or hanging out with the other gentle dogs at her foster home. Abigail had a thorough exam to check out her large belly, as the vet was concerned about a mass; however, it seems Abigail is just a happy eater, and wears her appetite on her belly, like many humans we know. She is exhibiting some discomfort with arthritis in her spine and is taking anti-inflammatory twice daily. It is making a big difference in her outlook on life! She is housetrained, spayed, and updated with vaccines, heartworm testing and baseline bloodwork for senior dogs. She would love to retire with you!
