Sweet older beagle from Leesville Lake parking lot was brought in to the shelter today. We are calling him Clem. He is really into humans; is fairly well cared for but has a cough that is rather pronounced and worrisome. he has not been neutered and does not have a microchip nor a collar. Do you recognize him? Best guess, he is 10+ years old. Please call the shelter at 434-821-4416, or you may message our page and we will share with our animal control folks.
