Andy was found last week at Dollar General in Brookneal, unable to walk steadily, and weak in his rear quarters. He ate with gusto, but we were concerned that he had broken bones. An exam and two-day stay at the vet hospital revealed nothing was broken. Kittens are resilient, and soon Andy was bouncing around and ready to be back at the shelter ready to be adopted. Nine weeks old, he is FelvFIV negative, and has had his first distemper vaccine. Andy likes crawling up on your shoulder and snuggling in your neck! What a sweet boy!
